The 20TB Cloud Store from Blackmagic Design is tailored for feature film productions, enabling seamless sharing of large media files among multiple users. Ideal for editing, color correction, audio, post-production, and VFX work, it boasts 20TB of storage capacity using multiple NVMe M.2 SSDs preconfigured in RAID 5 for reliability and speed, capable of handling 12K Blackmagic RAW digital cinema files. Connectivity options include four 10GbE ports that double as a network switch, two Gigabit Ethernet ports, and two 5 Gb/s USB Type-C ports—one for ingesting content from external drives and the other for backing up cloud data to a USB drive. Both USB Type-C ports also support Ethernet connectivity. An HDMI output provides real-time monitoring of the system’s status, displaying a storage map, speed graphics, active users, sync, and power details, making it a robust solution for professional workflows.
