Description

The Blackmagic Design Teranex Mini SDI to Audio 12G Converter is a robust solution for both rack-mount and desktop installations, supporting up to 12G-SDI data rates with intelligent heat dissipation. It allows you to connect any SDI signal up to Full 4K DCI 4096x2160p resolution via a 12G-SDI input and de-embed audio from that signal. The converter offers multiple audio output options, including two channels of analog audio via XLR, up to four channels of AES/EBU digital audio, unbalanced analog audio via RCA, and optical S/PDIF audio via TOSLINK. The unit also features a 12G-SDI output for routing the original signal, with support for signals up to 4096x2160p, running up to 70 feet with 6G-SDI cables and up to 250 feet with 12G-SDI cables. Additionally, Ethernet control and PoE support offer flexibility for integration in a variety of professional setups.
