Description

The Blackmagic Design Teranex Mini Audio to SDI 12G Converter is an advanced solution designed for both rack-mount and desktop installations, supporting up to 12G-SDI data rates with intelligent heat dissipation. It enables the embedding of audio into SDI signals, supporting resolutions up to Full 4K DCI 4096x2160p. The converter allows you to connect various audio sources, such as two channels of analog audio or up to four channels of AES/EBU digital audio via full-size, professional balanced XLR ports. It also supports two channels of unbalanced analog audio via RCA and optical S/PDIF audio via TOSLINK. The combined audio and SDI signal is output via a 12G-SDI connector. The unit supports signal routing for 4096x2160p up to 70 feet with 6G-SDI cables and over 250 feet with 12G-SDI cables. Additionally, it features Ethernet control and PoE for flexible integration into a wide range of professional setups.
